Product is great.....very refreshing. Communication with online store was a positive experience. Very cordial and polite. However the courier service leaves a lot to be desired. Not the service itself but the courier in question. I sent an email explaining what happened and to express my annoyance at said courier, who arrogantly said that I was wasting his time. I am 65 years old and the last thing on my mind was to waste anybody time! Next time I shall pick up my purchase myself.
